Are you ready to shape one of the most loved subscription products in Polish e-commerce? As a Business Product Manager in the Smart! & Loyalty Programs team, you will own and optimise the customer lifecycle of Allegro Smart! – from acquisition to retention – with the goal of delivering exceptional value to customers and driving subscription growth across all Allegro markets.

You will join a team that covers the full Smart! journey: from consumer experience to merchant-side features. We're looking for someone who combines product management experience with the ability to influence, build trust, and drive strategic initiatives in a complex environment.

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Own and optimise the Smart! customer funnel – from acquisition and onboarding to paid conversion, retention, and re-engagement
  • Drive cross-functional product initiatives focused on subscription growth and loyalty building
  • Manage and evolve the Smart! product portfolio, identifying new opportunities to add value for both customers and Allegro
  • Prioritise improvements based on data insights and user research – balancing customer, merchant, and business needs
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for your Smart! area, aligned with broader loyalty strategy
  • Lead end-to-end product development: from ideation and planning, through implementation and go-to-market
  • Collaborate daily with Technology, Data, UX, Marketing, Legal, Commerce, and CX teams
  • Bring clarity, ownership, and communication to complex projects spanning multiple teams and stakeholders

We are looking for people who:

 

  • Have strong product ownership skills and experience leading product or business initiatives end to end
  • Are proactive, structured, and able to turn insights into action
  • Know how to work with ambiguity and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Can build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without authority
  • Understand e-commerce dynamics and how to create customer value at scale
  • Have excellent communication skills in Polish (C1) and English (B2+)
  • Ideally have worked with subscription or loyalty models
