The Business Program Manager will be responsible for improving the quality and drive the growth of International Sellers Business, coordinating cooperation with key areas of the organization to implement the strategy.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Shape and grow initiatives that strengthen International sellers Business on Allegro, including Implementation of divisional and vertical strategies through the execution of strategic projects
  • Play vital role in cross-functional projects aimed at budgets realization, implementing improvements or improving the quality of work and takes an active part in their design and implementation 
  • Looking for opportunities to improve processes, in cooperation with the Business Operations Management area, also for business development opportunities and shapes ideas into projects
  • Drive improvements: You will constantly look for ways to improve our tools and processes, working with technical and operational teams to enhance how we support International sellers business

This is the right job for you if:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in program or project management, especially in roles involving strategic responsibilities
  • Successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives and contributed to product implementation (international experience will be an advantage)
  • Communicate clearly and work effectively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders
  • Tackle challenges with a structured, analytical mindset and are comfortable working in ambiguous situations
  • Use data to draw conclusions and support decisions, with well-developed analytical skills
  • Are well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Bring experience from e-commerce, digital media, or similar industries
  • Speak Polish and English fluently (at least C1 level)
