As a Carrier Management Expert, you will hold a strategic and highly visible role within the Allegro Delivery team, accountable for mission-critical carrier partnerships that directly impact service quality and delivery efficiency for millions of customers. This role demands expert-level experience in strategic relationship management, complex contract negotiation, and proactive operational excellence, as conversations and negotiations frequently occur at the C-level and corporate level, necessitating high business maturity and proven experience. You will be expected to leverage your profound expertise to drive significant cost optimization, elevate quality KPIs, and spearhead innovative logistical solutions across the Allegro Delivery network.
Your main responsibilities:

Building relationships and leading negotiations: Strategically managing partnerships with national courier companies and independently leading complex business negotiations to secure the best commercial terms.

Ensuring delivery quality: Taking full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing corrective action plans with carriers whenever service quality drops.

Advanced data analytics: Utilizing modern analytical tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze large datasets, forecast market trends, and uncover insights regarding carrier performance.

Optimizing operations: Developing strategies to boost carrier efficiency and maximize their capacity while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Driving logistics innovations: Leading sophisticated projects to launch new, specialized delivery services (such as express delivery or specialized product handling).

Managing the carrier mix: Collaborating with internal teams to strategically balance our portfolio of logistics partners, achieving the perfect mix of cost-efficiency and high quality.

Cross-company coordination: Serving as a central bridge between business and tech teams, gathering internal feedback on carrier performance, and delivering structured feedback to partners.

Monitoring and forecasting: Overseeing daily operations—especially during peak shopping seasons—and proactively sharing volume forecasts with carriers to ensure they are prepared.

Listening to customer feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer reviews about delivery experiences to continuously refine and improve our service offerings.
This is the right job for you if:

You have a proven track record in logistics: You bring at least 5 years of professional experience gained within a courier/logistics company or an e-commerce environment (specifically within logistics/supply chain departments).

You are a skilled communicator in English: Your language skills are at a minimum B2 level, allowing you to collaborate effectively in an international environment.

Data is your guide: You possess strong analytical skills with a natural ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic conclusions.

You are a master of office productivity tools: You are highly proficient in using MS Office and/or Google Workspace to streamline your daily tasks and presentations.

You thrive in complex environments: You have hands-on experience contributing to large-scale, complex projects and a proven ability to deliver results.

You build bridges across organization levels: You are a cross-functional collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working and communicating with stakeholders at all corporate levels (from operational teams to C-level executives).
