Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

Be the single-threaded owner of the heavy & bulky carrier group across all Allegro platforms.
Source, build, and maintain strong relationships with carriers specializing in heavy and bulky deliveries, including those offering assembly and installation services
Lead negotiations and establish partnerships with carriers to secure favorable terms and expand service offerings for large items
Develop and implement strategies to optimize carrier performance and capacity, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Create and execute strategic plans for managing carriers of large items, aligning with Allegro's overall logistics and business goals
Collaborate with carriers to introduce and enhance services such as assembly and installation to improve the customer experience
Quickly address and resolve operational issues or service disruptions, minimizing impact on customers and merchants
Work closely with the Delivery, Technology, and other internal teams to align carrier strategy with broader business objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvements and new service offerings in cooperation with heavy & bulky carriers
Collaborate with the Pricing & Volume Management team to optimize the carrier mix, balancing cost efficiency and service quality

This is the right job for you if:

- You have experience in carrier management, logistics, or e-commerce (minimum 3–5 years)

- You know the courier/transport market well, especially in the area of large, heavy, and bulky shipments

- Negotiations, contracts, and B2B relationships are your natural strengths

- You think strategically and act operationally – able to move from planning to execution

- You communicate fluently in English (minimum C1 level)

- You’re ready to work in a fast-paced, international environment

- Knowledge of value-added services (VAS) will be an asset
