Consumer & Market Insights Specialist

Your main responsibilities:
- Conducting market research studies (qualitative and quantitative ones) with external Providers like market research agencies:

Diagnosing the internal stakeholders' needs

Preparing briefs for market research studies
-
Comparing offers and prices from Providers
-
Supervision over the whole market research process which includes e.g.:
-
Preparation / co-creation of questionnaires and qualitative study guidelines.
-
Writing a topline / report / presentation/ executive summaries (or verbal debriefs).
-
Presenting the topline / report / presentation / executive summaries (on your own, or by the external Providers).

Adding expert, in-depth conclusions and actionable business insights.

(These market research studies can be either single-country and international one, either B2C and B2B ones)

Consulting ideas for new products, services, brands, advertisements and campaigns: providing consumer & shopper point of view on Allegro new ideas.

Evaluating effectiveness of Allegro products, services, brands, advertisements, and campaigns.

Providing KPI’s for various Allegro activities.
-
Benchmarking these various Allegro activities.
This is the right job for you if:
-
You have 2–4 years of experience in market research, consumer insights or data analytics.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sociology, or a related field.
-
You have a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
-
You are experienced in designing questionnaires, defining sample sizes, and coordinating fieldwork.

You can independently manage end-to-end research projects, from briefing to reporting.

You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical tools used for data analysis.

You have hands-on experience with survey platforms and market research tools.

You can translate complex data into clear, visually engaging insights and presentations.

You take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution and delivery.

You are able to prepare insightful reports and turn research findings into actionable recommendations.

You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and bringing the consumer perspective into business decisions.

You communicate insights clearly and ensure shared understanding across teams.

You can independently identify business or communication challenges and recommend appropriate actions.

You know how to prioritize key findings and connect them with broader brand strategy.

You are comfortable working with both internal teams and external research partners.
