Content Development Excellence Expert

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize data-driven content strategies to enhance effectiveness and customer experience
• Define and implement quality standards and performance frameworks for content across key areas
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs to assess content performance and drive continuous improvement
• Design and streamline content management processes to ensure scalability and operational excellence
• Plan and lead A/B tests in the Deals Area, translating insights into actionable improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Home Page, Marketing, and Brand stakeholders to align on strategic goals
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support seamless project delivery
• Coordinate and support high-impact initiatives such as Q4 campaigns and Brand Weeks, ensuring timely execution and performance tracking
