Data Analyst (SMART!)

Main Responsibilities
-
End-to-end analytical support for Smart! initiatives, campaigns, and product development
-
Proactively generating hypotheses, deriving insights, and translating them into actionable business recommendations
-
Conducting analyses such as: customer lifecycle & churn, customer segmentation & journey analysis, campaign performance & post-mortems, A/B testing and experimentation, forecasting and business case evaluation

Supporting key areas: Smart! lifecycle optimisation, development of Smart! portfolio (Smart! Trial, external partnerships, Coins programme), loyalty and engagement growth via various incentives

Building and maintaining dashboards and dataflows for monitoring ongoing campaigns and initiatives
-
Designing and monitoring KPIs, recommending corrective actions during live campaigns
-
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across product, tech, UX, and business teams
-
Effectively communicating insights and presenting recommendations in a clear, business-oriented way
This is the right job for you if:

have at least 2 years of experience analyzing large datasets and combining multiple data sources
-
have practical knowledge of SQL - must have
-
have experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio)
-
have experience with A/B testing and product analytics
-
Applied knowledge of statistics
-
have good knowledge of Python - nice to have
-
can translate data into clear business recommendations and influence decisions
-
communicate insights in an engaging and understandable way
-
are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
-
know English at B2 level
Nice to have:
-
knowledge of BigQuery, Airflow, Git
-
experience with cloud environments (GCP/Azure/AWS)
-
experience in building customer loyalty and subscription based products
