Your main responsibilities:
- Work with medium datasets.
- Support your stakeholders with data and insights when needed.
- Apply established methods to routine tasks. without guidance.
- Produce standard insights without supervision.
- Own analytical tasks. and identify the out-of-scope ones.
- Offer guidance to stakeholders, provide ideas and challenge the requests.
- Actively contribute ideas within the team.
- Provide various types of analyses: cohorts, trends, customer path, attribution, retention, incrementality, forecasting, A/B testing, preparation of business cases, settlements and post-mortems and maintenance over dashboards / dataflows.
- Possess effective knowledge of the Allegro analytical tech stack (including SQL, Data Studio / Tableau, Python, AirFlow, Github).

- They have experience in analyzing large volumes of data and are capable of combining data from multiple different sources.
- They can identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- They stand out for their meticulousness, independence, and inquisitiveness.
- They can communicate analysis results and resulting recommendations in an engaging and intuitive way.
- They have a very strong command of SQL and Excel.
- They are highly proficient in English (in this role, you will be working with people from the Czech Republic on a daily basis).
- Knowledge of Python, Tableau, Hadoop, GCP, Airflow, and Git is a plus.
