Job description

Your main responsibilities:


- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and sales growth.
- Analyze product margins and profitability, ensuring that pricing decisions maximize profit while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Manage pricing tools and pricing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Team, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Tech Team and Allegro Pricing Team.
- Conduct pricing experiments and A/B tests to determine the most effective pricing strategies.

This is the right job for you if:


- You have t least 5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related roles, preferably in retail and/or e-commerce.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- You are proficient in SQL, GCP Big Query, Tableau, Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Python will be an advantage.
- You obtain bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders both in Polish and English.
- You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- You have project management and process building skills.
