Job description

Your main responsibilities:

Purpose of the position: We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join our team as a temporary replacement during the absence of one of our key team members. In this role, you will be driving strategic decisions through advanced analytics and efficiency frameworks.

 

-Maintain and develop company-wide periodic reports, ensuring a "single source of truth" for executive decision-making.

-Develop specific approaches for A/B testing and cost-line efficiency analyses based on established framework methodologies, bridging the gap between high-level theory and actionable business insights.

-Build and maintain dedicated tools to monitor ongoing tests, ensuring real-time visibility into performance and the ability to pivot based on interim results.

-Work with large datasets to provide transformative insights that drive organizational goals and lead to tangible business results, such as implementing new features and initiatives.

-Design and prepare comprehensive datasets required for carbon footprint calculations, supporting regulatory compliance and sustainability goals.

-Develop methodologies for solving complex problems and take on complex analytical tasks.

-Lead data initiatives and projects, driving cross-functional collaboration and thought leadership.

This is the right job for you if:

-You have extensive analytical and financial expertise combined with a profound understanding of the business landscape.

-You have a bachelor's degree in Big Data, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

-You have at least 4 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related roles, preferably in retail and/or e-commerce.

-You are an expert in SQL. Knowledge of Python, Tableau, and Airflow will be an advantage.

-You are effective at partnering and building relationships across finance, business, analytics, and data science teams.

-You have a proven track record of generating transformative insights that drive significant decisions on a strategic level.

-You are a proactive problem-solver.
