Delivery Control Tower Coordinator

Your main responsibilities:

• Supporting Operations teams with data collection and in-depth analysis of courier performance (transit times, dispatch efficiency, delivery quality)

• Investigating anomalies on every phase of the package lifecycle

• Monitoring courier backlog during high-demand periods (e.g., Xmas Peak)

• Collaborating with Last Mile Expansion teams on capacity utilization and cost optimization initiatives

• Working closely with Carrier Management to track and analyze both contractual and internal delivery costs 

• Identifying and recommending delivery cost optimization initiatives tailored to local markets

• Actively managing the APM (Automated Parcel Machine) networks in Poland and in the Czech Republic

• Coordinating performance for both internal and external carriers.

This is the right job for you if:

• Are a native Polish speaker or have C2-level proficiency, and have at least B1-level proficiency in English

• Have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

• Excel at problem-solving and critical thinking

• Know the TSL/courier market (through experience in the logistics industry or the e-commerce sector)

• Have experience in process design, improvement, and optimization

• Have experience in project planning and stakeholder management

• Can identify business dependencies and provide actionable recommendations

• Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach

• Have basic knowledge of SQL.
