Depot Transport Coordinator

Your main responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for the onboarding and training of carriers and couriers
-You will handle the administration of courier scanners and access cards for new couriers
-You will coordinate the key performance and quality metrics of couriers
-You will focus on defining courier delivery zones
-You will be responsible for the timeliness of orders and deliveries
-You will support couriers in the field and regularly accompany them on their routes (at least twice a week)
-You will cooperate with the CX (Customer Experience) team regarding interventions and complaints
This is the right job for you if:
-You have 3 years of experience in a similar position within the logistics or courier industry.
-You have experience in conducting training sessions.
-You are characterized by the ability to make decisions independently and act effectively under pressure.
-You possess analytical skills and excel at effective communication.
