Digital Marketing Specialist (Digital Media)

Your main responsibilities:

• Preparing and implementing digital media plans and campaign setups in line with defined goals 

• Planning, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis based on performance data and KPIs 

• Analyzing campaign results using metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPV, CPA, ROAS and supporting the team with data-driven recommendations 

• Preparing regular reports and summaries of campaign performance 

• Monitoring and controlling media budgets during campaign execution 

• Executing and optimizing campaigns in cooperation with direct media partners, using partners’ advertising and technology platforms 

• Supporting tests (e.g. A/B tests) and campaign optimizations 

• Using analytical and measurement tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify

This is the right job for you if:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in planning, buying, and optimizing digital campaigns, including direct media buying and cooperation with publishers (e.g. fixed fee, custom placements), gained on the media agency or client side 

• Have hands-on experience with Campaign Manager and Google Ads or DV360 

• Are comfortable working with performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS 

• Can analyze data, identify issues, and support campaign optimizations 

• Are able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time 

• Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written 

• Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
