Digital Marketing Specialist

Your main responsibilities:

• Crafting and executing robust social media strategies independently

• Leading and coordinating with creative agencies for campaign materials

• Planning, monitoring, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads Ecosystems on the Polish market

• Managing budgets, reporting, and providing insightful campaign recommendations.

• Staying ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends and technologies

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest ads campaigns

• Expertise in campaign management from a media agency or client-side

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with analytical platforms (ROI Hunter, Pixis AI, Adsmurai, Supermetrics, Looker Studio)

• Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices

• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)

• A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Preferred certifications such as Meta Blueprint and TikTok Academy are highly valued
