Your main responsibilities:

Operational Performance & KPIs: Direct and manage all multi-country depot operations to consistently achieve critical KPIs relating to quality, efficiency, service levels, and throughput

P&L and Budget Management: Own the full P&L for the multi-country depot network, strategically managing and controlling both financial and qualitative budgets while driving aggressive cost optimization across all delivery and collection activities

Process and Excellence Strategy: Design and lead continuous improvement and optimization strategies for all operational processes, driving higher efficiency and elevating overall service quality

Infrastructure & Scalability: Take strategic responsibility for the regional depot infrastructure, including development, capital planning, and organizational design, to ensure business scalability and operational continuity

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, develop, and performance-manage a large, geographically dispersed leadership team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and safety

Compliance and Brand Standards: Ensure rigorous compliance with all legal, safety (H&S), and ethical regulations, and uphold the highest standards for brand image and customer service across the entire regional network
This is the right job for you if:

You're a Logistics Leader with 10+ years of progressive experience in express, courier, or last-mile delivery, including a couple of years as a Director/GM overseeing multi-site or multi-country operations

You've owned a full P&L, successfully managing complex, multi-million dollar budgets and delivering significant cost optimization and savings

You possess a deep operational expertise in high-volume parcel environments, specifically with depot operations, TMS, routing, and key operational metrics

You have a proven ability to inspire and manage large, geographically dispersed teams across different cultures (e.g., warehouses in 3 countries)

You rely on data and analytics to inform every strategic decision and drive continuous process improvement

You have strong knowledge of relevant transport, labor, and H&S regulations in the operating countries

You are willing to travel (25%+ travel), particularly to the Czech Republic, to manage operations and teams hands-on.

You are fluent in English for all corporate communication.
