Your main responsibilities:
-
Business Strategy & Executive Stakeholder Management: Set the long-term delivery technology vision, align product roadmaps with commercial goals, establish OKRs, and present strategy directly to VP and C-level executives.

Merchant & Customer Value Propositions: Drive product strategy for the delivery ecosystem, creating high-converting merchant tools and transparent end-customer experiences

People Leadership: Lead, structure, and scale a 100+ person cross-functional organization of product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and engineering managers; drive organizational design, talent retention, and cross-team execution velocity.

AI & Applied Machine Learning: Lead the application of AI/ML models to solve core delivery problems.

Delivery Platform Infrastructure: Oversee cloud platform architecture.

Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the long-term Product & Engineering roadmap for Delivery Experience, balancing immediate operational goals with long-term technological vision.

AI & Product Innovation: Drive technological transformation by architecting and integrating agentic AI solutions into product flows to enhance system capabilities and product usability.

People Leadership: Operational Excellence: Overhaul workflows by instilling modern product management frameworks, establishing clear execution metrics, and embedding simulation-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between Product/Engineering, business units, and logistics operations to deliver value for both end-customers (B2C) and merchants (B2B).

Hands-on Problem Solving: Deep-dive into operational or technical bottlenecks when necessary to challenge the status quo and unblock delivery teams.

Proven Track Record of Measurable Outcomes: A technology leader with a quantifiable history of driving high-impact product results—delivering concrete improvements in delivery speed, merchant efficiency, conversion, and operational margins. You take full end-to-end ownership of outcomes, not just output or feature delivery.

Dual Product & Engineering Mastery: A strong software engineering foundation paired with sharp commercial instincts, enabling you to bridge complex technical architecture with long-term business strategy.

Domain Expertise in Logistics & Operations: Deep experience building and scaling consumer-facing delivery products, merchant logistics tools, or operations automation within high-scale e-commerce or delivery ecosystems.

Organizational Scaling & Operational Discipline: Demonstrated experience leading, structuring, and growing large product and engineering organizations, establishing operational efficiency, engineering rigour, and a high-accountability culture.

Bold Ownership & Strategic Execution: A decisive leader with the courage to make high-stakes architectural and product calls, navigate organizational complexity, and execute bold bets in a fast-paced environment.

Data Rigor & C-Suite Influence: Highly analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data to drive strategic alignment, navigate matrixed stakeholders, and establish immediate credibility with executive leadership.

Executive Communication & English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, capable of translating complex technology strategies into compelling narratives for C-suite leaders and cross-functional partners alike.
