Your main responsibities

This role is responsible for participating in designing and implementing employee relations processes, procedures, and initiatives, with end-to-end ownership for DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).

  • Translate the overall HR and organizational strategy into actionable employee relations processes, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and manage roadmaps for employee relations programs, making key decisions that directly impact workplace culture, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Provide expert input and recommendations to inform the Business Unit's short-term strategy, particularly regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Serve as the ultimate contact point for employees in sensitive matters (discrimination, mobbing, harassment, sexual harassment).
  • Investigate more complex employee complaints related to issues other than misconduct as an appeal body.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations when contacted by employees in sensitive matters or participating in the Ethics Committee, gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and documenting findings.
  • Act as the contact for individual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion queries, providing expert guidance and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Legal on complex cases and disciplinary actions.
  • Create awareness campaigns and other initiatives to promote Allegro culture and conduct standards and improve employee morale, satisfaction, and communication across the organization.

This is the right job for you if

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or Business.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a role with significant involvement in and a proven track record of successfully managing various employee relations matters in close partnership with Legal, Compliance, and other HR functions.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of employee relations principles, best practices, relevant employment law  and internal policies, along with a clear understanding of how employee relations impacts overall business goals and the employee experience.
  • Demonstrate English proficiency at B2+ level
