Facility Coordinator

Your main responsibilities:
-You will coordinate reported defects and failures across our locations
-You will manage the coordination of repairs for warehouse equipment
-You will be responsible for coordinating the work of external service providers
-On a daily basis, you will monitor SLAs and implement corrective actions
-You will manage technical documentation and inspection reports
-You will handle the coordination of inspections and additional works performed by external services
-Together with the Health and Safety (BHP) Department, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for employees
This is the right job for you if:
-You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar or related position
-You are familiar with CMMS/ERP software
-You have knowledge of building installation failures and similar technical issues
-You are able to read technical drawings
-You hold a valid Category B driver's license
-You are proficient in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing
-You have the ability to work in a distributed environment
-You have the ability to work under time pressure
-You have highly developed organizational and communication skills
