Front-end Software Engineer 2 (Advertising)

About the Role:

You will join a team responsible for our core advertising ecosystem - covering high-impact display ads as well as privacy and user consent management modules (CMP/GDPR). We are looking for an engineer who not only writes clean code but also wants to shape the frontend architecture of systems reaching millions of users. In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:

End-to-end ownership: Leading and driving technical initiatives from conceptualization and architectural design through to production deployment (moving beyond ticket-driven development).

Architectural design: Proposing, discussing, and implementing modern, scalable frontend solutions.

Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with UX designers, data analysts, business partners, and other engineering teams to turn complex ideas into seamless user experiences.

Ensuring quality and engineering standards: Participating in code reviews, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving our technical stack and developer workflows.

We are looking for people with:

Technical skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React and AI-driven development. Openness to developing backend skills.

Mindset and initiative: A proactive, ownership-driven approach - initiating technical discussions and seeking solutions rather than simply executing pre-defined specifications.

Commercial experience: Solid experience as a Software Engineer building complex, high-traffic web applications.

Nice-to-have: Experience or interest in the AdTech domain or web privacy standards (GDPR, CMP/consent management).
