Job description

Help Us Build the Future of Financial Products for Allegro Users!

Join one of the fastest-growing FinTech in the region! We’re on a mission to launch and scale new financial products that millions of Allegro users, across the CEE region, will love. To make it happen, we’re looking for a Growth Specialist who lives and breathes acquisition, product growth, and performance marketing. This isn’t a typical marketing role. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, data, sales and marketing, driving initiatives that boost user acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll experiment, optimize, and scale what works - with the ultimate goal of turning bold growth targets into reality. You’ll be responsible for initiating, managing and coordinating marketing activities dedicated to Financial products on Allegro.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Own growth KPIs: drive user onboarding, sales conversions, and optimize funnel performance

  • Lead acquisition efforts within Allegro platform and across external channels (Google Ads, FB Ads, performance campaigns, partnerships, affiliate, SEO, and more)

  • Analyze & optimize product flows, landing pages, and onboarding journeys to maximize conversions

  • Experiment and iterate: run A/B tests, measure impact, and scale winning ideas

  • Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, marketing and design teams to co-create product improvements that drive growth

  • Leverage data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities — and turn them into actionable strategies

  • Craft and optimize messaging across paid ads, own media, landing pages, emails, push notifications, and in-app comms

  • Collaborate with Allegro’s marketing teams to amplify campaigns and align on performance goals

  • Design and run user stimulation programs (e.g. coupons, discounts, referral campaigns, loyalty incentives) to boost activation, engagement, and retention

This is the right job for you if:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, project/product management or user acquisition - ideally in fintech or e-commerce, but we’re also open to candidates from SaaS, digital agencies, or other fast-growing digital industries where you’ve driven measurable product growth

  • Proven track record of scaling products through user acquisition and optimization

  • Hands-on experience with digital media - Google Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta), or other paid channels

  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, conversion rate optimization, and performance metrics

  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions and running experiments

  • A startup mindset: resourceful, curious, and focused on results over process
Excellent collaboration and communication skills - able to influence product and business strategy

  • English (B2/C1) and Polish

Bonus points for

  • Experience in financial services marketing or sales

  • Knowledge of retention strategies - marketing automation, CRM, or retention strategies

  • Experience with brand building activities like ATL campaigns

  • Familiarity with UX/UI optimization

  • Product management related with financial services

  • Experience as a product owner in financial institutions

  • B2B experience

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work

  • Annual bonus based on your performance and company results

  • A great learning opportunity, working with people coming from a lot of experience in top tier strategy consulting and e-commerce space

  • Well-located offices (with e.g., fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms)

  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers)

  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job

  • A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings

  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal

  • Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy

And that's just the beginning! You can read more about the benefits here

    #goodtobehere means that:
