International Delivery Manager

What does this role involve:

Lead negotiations for contract initiation and later renewal as well as set commercial terms for the project with carrier, logistic partners

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for managing carrier partnerships to maximize automated parcel machines Allegro One Box utilization, monetization and long-term business growth

Securing in line with the budget volume and revenue in the stream of agnostic automated parcel machines
-
Drive revenue and profitability growth by identifying and leveraging opportunities within the carrier industry

Build and nurture strong relationships with carrier partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure high levels of engagement and volume growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized service solutions that meet the needs of the market which also align with the needs of Allegro customers.

Work closely with other departments, such as legal, finance, operations, commerce, TECH and CX, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues.

Track, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position the company advantageously

Collecting and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement in service offerings (e.g. NPS)

We are looking for people who:
-
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an analogous - managerial position and are characterized by self-reliance. We count on experience from the courier or e-commerce industry with courier companies

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the international TSL market from working with courier, freight forwarding or logistics companies or e-commerce in logistics
-
Have a strong focus on delivering results

Have a very good command of the English language enabling you to communicate freely both orally and in writing (minimum C1)

Have experience leading or participating in extensive logistics and transportation projects

Feel comfortable and experienced in conducting Board level discussions

Have experience working in an international environment
-
Have knowledge of and experience in developing solutions to optimize logistics processes in the international market

Demonstrate an attitude directed towards analysis and solutions
