For this role, we’re looking for 3 Associates.
What you’ll be working on?
- You will be part of a team responsible for automating and optimizing business processes across the organization
- You will support the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from process discovery and analysis to testing and deployment
- You will be responsible for participating in the development of software robots utilizing the UiPath platform and integrated AI agents
- You will manage and update existing process documentation and technical specifications, bridging the gap between business needs and IT
- You will co-decide with the team on technical solutions during brainstorming sessions and actively participate in Agile ceremonies like daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
This role is for you if you:
- Are familiar with UiPath or other RPA tools, as well as the basics of relational databases
- Feel comfortable working with logic, algorithms and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java or VB.NET).
- Like analyses and can break down complex business processes into logical, manageable steps while communicating effectively
- Are eager to continuously develop your skills and expand knowledge in process analysis, creating automations and prompt engineering
- Know English at B2+ level to comfortably navigate technical documentation and corporate communication
