During the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work on real projects and learn from teams shaping one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the region.  After the initial period, candidates may be considered for future permanent opportunities at Allegro, depending on business needs and performance.

For this role, we’re looking for 1 Associate. 

 

What you’ll be working on? 

 

  • You will assist in transforming Allegro's rich data resources, along with external data, into innovative Big Geodata products 
  • You will implement data pipelines and automated workflows using SQL/Python required for Data and AI tools and processes
  • You will work with Esri ArcGIS environment web services and applications helping us embrace the world of spatial technologies and geospatial data   
  • You will monitor and enhance the quality and integrity of data
  • You will be responsible for creating metadata aggregation processes, integrated with Allegro's Data and AI platform to support tools and processes in the areas of: Data Quality, Data Lineage and Data Governance

 

This role is for you if you:

 

  • Can write SQL queries and want to gain more experience working with geospatial databases and technology (like PostgreSQL + PostGIS)
  • Program in Python and are comfortable using basic development tools
  • Would like to gain experience working with large datasets and comprehending database design and data structures
  • Are eager to learn about geospatial technologies from Esri and develop skills in this area
  • Enjoy creating appealing and informative digital map visualizations
