Junior HR Business Partner (Commerce)

Your main responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of HR processes within the business unit, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Support the business in managing employee performance effectively.
- Assist in improving organizational efficiency within the business unit.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement engagement plans to enhance employee motivation and retention.
- Analyze HR KPIs and trends within the business unit, identify root causes, and work with managers on developing solutions.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

This is the right job for you if:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- You are fluent in English (min. B2).
- You have 2-3 years of experience in HR area (e.g. learning and development, recruitment or others) in a big or fast growing organization.
- You have basic knowledge of labor laws and are willing to learn more.
- Present ‘I can do’ attitude with problem solving skills.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
