Your main responsibilities:

You will supervise maintenance and greening processes for the One Box infrastructure, including coordinating the installation of panels, anti-collision planters, logos, and plant installations

On a daily basis, you will manage the component procurement process, ensuring timely deliveries of essential materials and plants
-
You will prepare comprehensive periodic reports regarding the aesthetic condition of the One Box parcel locker network for key stakeholders
-
You will handle spatial data administration and ensure the accuracy and consistency of One Box listings in Google Maps
-
On a daily basis, you will maintain the fixed assets register and be responsible for the accurate execution and settlement of inventory audits

You will design and implement landscape architecture solutions for the parcel locker network environment
-
You will verify that completed orders meet quality standards and handle their financial settlements
-
On a daily basis, you will support location auditing for One Box units in terms of accessibility, safety, and customer convenience
-
You will collaborate with the logistics department to optimize service routes
-
You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the designated infrastructure
-
You will prepare presentations for the executive board on project progress
-
You will actively participate in project team meetings, proposing your own process improvements
This is the right job for you if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written

You have a strong command of the Polish language

You navigate legal regulations easily and know how to interpret them

You have experience using graphic design software

You are familiar with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)

You are independent, dynamic, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment where changing priorities motivate you to act faster

You are an analytical thinker who draws quick conclusions
