Ekspert ds. Uczenia się i Rozwoju (L&D) jest siłą napędową inicjatyw L&D w obszarze Allegro Operations. Będziesz częścią transformacji Allegro w kierunku gotowego na przyszłość, opartego na sztucznej inteligencji (AI), ekosystemu uczenia się stawiającego na umiejętności. Będziesz pełnić rolę zaufanego doradcy dla liderów biznesowych i personalnych, projektując i dostarczając doświadczenia rozwojowe, które przynoszą wymierne rezultaty w zakresie wydajności. Szukamy osób rozwiązujących problemy i analitycznych myślicieli z podejściem opartym na danych, do budowania efektywnych ścieżek edukacyjnych.

Your main responsibilities:

This is the right job for you if:

• You have 3–4 years of experience in learning design, leadership or functional development, or capability-building within a business function.
• You have proven ability to translate business goals into learning interventions and manage multi-stakeholder projects.
• You have experience working with LMS and digital learning platforms, preferably including AI-driven or data-informed learning tools.
• You are skilled in analyzing learning and engagement data to improve program relevance and ROI.
• You are fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2+).
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in project or change management, design thinking, or user-centered learning design.
• Knowledge of Operations business area or experience in performance consulting.
• Familiarity with skills frameworks, analytics, or AI-enhanced learning design.
