We are looking for people who:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Possess solid knowledge of the courier industry and operational processes
• Are experienced in the IT industry
• Have practical knowledge of both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, both for their own work and for the project team
• Have a proven track record in improving business processes and gathering business requirements
• Are meticulous and accurate in documenting requirements
• Possess strong analytical skills, with experience in conducting business or business and system analysis (e.g., business process modeling, requirements analysis, and specification of functional and non-functional requirements)
• Have experience in developing models using BPMN notation (this is an added advantage)
• Possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Are energetic and determined to achieve set goals
• Are proficient in English (at least B2 level) and Polish (at least C1 level)
• Are proficient in Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite

Your main responsibilities:

• Preparing comprehensive business and system analyses for strategic organizational projects,
• Supporting business stakeholders in defining the scope and direction of strategic initiatives,
• Providing expert consulting on logistics processes, with a particular focus on new and existing carrier integrations,
• Formulating process recommendations for planned changes in logistics systems and leading related consultations,
• Analyzing current logistics processes within systems to identify areas for improvement,
• Initiating process improvements and technological changes, coordinating with other teams for implementation,
• Designing and maintaining business process standards, including creating detailed process diagrams,
• Developing strategic action plans to improve overall process efficiency,
• Working closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, external carriers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle,
• Supporting testing on development, test, and production environments by providing business process consultation.
