Machine Learning Engineer

Your main responsibilities:

- Develop the Self-Service ML Platform, a critical part of the ML tooling workstream.
- Prepare, maintain and execute the ML Engineering in Allegro training.
- Deploy, monitor and maintain models in production.
- Implement and maintain a shared feature engineering platform.
- Be responsible for working out the functional scope, requirements engineering and delivery of the common platform and standards for AI enablement in the organization.
- Develop software products and maintain them throughout the entire lifecycle (requirements engineering, iterative development, deployment, maintenance).
- Participate in task forces designated to solve ML-related engineering challenges.
- Optimize, troubleshoot and debug training code in terms of performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Cooperate with other teams: analytics, data engineers.

- Mają doświadczenie w pracy przy budowie rozwiązań opartych o dane oraz techniki uczenia maszynowego
- Programują w Pythonie i znają biblioteki niezbędne do pracy z modelami (jak np. SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, Pandas)
- Potrafią samodzielnie podejmować decyzje w ramach powierzonych obowiązków oraz biorą odpowiedzialność za wykonywane zadania - od opracowania wymagań, przez implementację po wdrożenie i utrzymanie
- Znają język angielski na poziomie min. B2
