Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implements enterprise-wide HR strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Provide strategic HR counsel to senior leadership on complex organizational challenges.
- Lead complex organizational change initiatives and transformations.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and executive coaching (cooperation with L&D Partner).
- Lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies and programs at the enterprise level.
- Lead large-scale HR projects with significant organizational impact.
- Contribute to overall business strategy development.
- Oversee and mentor other HR professionals.
- Manage and mentor the team of HRBPs.
This is the right job for you if have:
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role, ideally in logistics, supply chain or operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using HR metrics and data.
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
