Manager, Data (Advertising)

Your main responsibilities:

- We are looking for an experienced Manager, who will coordinate a team with various data roles (Data Analyst/Product Analyst) that plays a key role in shaping Ads products at Allegro.

- The perfect candidate should not only possess strong analytical skills and product intuition but also demonstrate proactive initiative.

- Your responsibilities will include cooperation in the implementation of the Advertising strategy with Product Management and the creation and coordination of analytical roadmaps that are a response to multi-faceted Advertising challenges.

This is the right job for you if:

- You have minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager of analytical team or a similar capacity.

- You have the ability to communicate analysis results and recommendations clearly.

- You have exceptional collaboration skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication with various stakeholders.

- You have the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.

- You have team management skills, with a focus on team development.

- You are self-organized and a commited to meeting deadlines.

- You are proficient in using SQL and statistical knowledge related with A/B test.

- You speak English at a minimum B2 level.
