Manager, Group Category (Cleaning + Baby Care + Pet Care)

Your main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing the Cleaning, Baby and Pet care categories strategy in Poland, Czech, Slovakia and Hungary through the execution of category operating plans and cross-functional projects in collaboration with other areas of the organization.
- You will take the responsibility for the delivery of financial targets in the above mentioned categories.
- You will contribute to and lead cross-functional initiatives focused on budget delivery, operational improvements and work quality enhancement.
- You will establish and develop strong relationships with strategic brands and partners within Allegro Group.
- You will define and execute strategies for selection growth, pricing, advertising investments and international expansion at the brand and partner level.
- You will oversee the day-to-day category operations including assortment management, trade planning, pricing, unique selling proposition and international growth.
- You will represent the category both internally and externally.
- You will manage and grow the talents within your team.
This is the right job for you if:
- You have 7+ years of experience in sales/category management
- You have a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and implementing category strategies.
- You understand online business and e-commerce, ideally in the Cleaning, Baby or Pet care category.
- You’re experienced in project management and working with multiple stakeholders.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
- You’re data-driven and have excellent analytical thinking.
- You proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- You have strong leadership skills and can engage and develop teams.
- You are fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C2).
- Experience with technology or working in a tech-driven e-commerce company is a plus.
