Manager, Group Internal Communication

Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that informs, engages, and aligns employees at all levels of the organization.
- Create and deliver compelling content across all internal channels, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive employee experience
- Define and roll out best-in-class standards in internal operational communication — including ways of working and knowledge-sharing practices
- Lead the creation of compelling communication content: newsletters, memos, videos, presentations, intranet posts, and more
- Design and execute internal campaigns and events that promote company values, boost engagement and build community
- Manage complex projects and initiatives within the cross-functional teams related to internal communication, ensuring successful execution and impactful outcomes.
- Manage crisis and change communication, ensuring clarity, transparency, and timeliness in challenging situations.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness using data and employee feedback to continuously improve outcomes
- Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure communication strategies meet business needs
- Lead and develop Internal communication team of specialists and experts
This is the right job for you if:
- You have 7+ years of experience in internal communication with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- You think strategically and act hands-on - combining the ability to see the big picture with the energy to get things done
- You communicate with clarity, structure, and empathy - in English (C1+) and Polish, and/or Czech (would be an additional asset)
- You have a strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, and communication frameworks
- You’re creative and resourceful, capable of building engaging stories and experiences across various formats and channels
- You’re comfortable working with data — measuring results, drawing insights, and acting on them
- You collaborate easily with diverse stakeholders across HR, Marketing, Leadership, and Operations
- You bring a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people feel connected and valued at work
- You are able to translate complex information (e.g., strategy, change initiatives, crisis updates) into clear, concise, and compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences
- You are identifying communication gaps and proactively implementing solutions, demonstrating agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- You evaluate existing channels and processes, seeking ways to scale, simplify, and innovate our internal communication approach
