Manager, Partner Success (Allegro Wakacje)

Introduction
To scale Allegro Wakacje into a premier travel marketplace, the Partner Success Manager will take end-to-end responsibility for onboarding tour operators in Poland. This critical role shapes and structuralizes our merchant value proposition, defines commercial fee models.
Your main responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy Formulation: Build the overarching partner value proposition framework, including commercial contract parameters, take-rate models, marketing support systems, and merchant visibility algorithms.

Negotiations with Tour Operators: Personally initiate and lead high-stakes commercial negotiations to secure binding marketplace agreements with tour operators, leveraging direct access to key decision-makers.

Partner Onboarding Framework: Design scalable B2B onboarding workflows, partner training frameworks, and automated commission settlement schemes in close alignment with Finance and Legal teams.

Industry Relations & Representation: Act as the primary face of Allegro Wakacje across the travel sector, actively promoting the platform at major industry events, trade organizations, and media channels.

Senior Travel Industry Network: Extensive experience and direct, C-level/decision-maker relationships across top Polish and regional tour operators to drive high-level commercial acquisition.

Proven Deal-Making & Commercial Strategy: Strong track record in structuring B2B partnership models, commercial contract terms, take-rate structures, and revenue strategies in the travel or e-commerce sector.

B2B Process & Onboarding Architecture: Demonstrated ability to build, standardize, and scale partner onboarding workflows, automated financial settlements, and cross-functional operations (working alongside Legal and Finance).

Industry Presence & Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to act as a primary brand ambassador, represent the business at major industry events, and establish credibility with skeptical stakeholders.
