Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing Partner Success Advisor teams, including creating strategic plans for your direct reports.

  • Effectively managing the client portfolio for special programs within the Automotive and Construction & Industry categories.

  • Co-creating and executing trade plans and campaigns to secure attractive assortments, while delivering GMV and revenue targets from Partners.

  • Monitoring Partner growth and identifying initiatives to drive GMV development for accounts within the assigned segment.

  • Acting as a key information source regarding significant changes among partners and collaborating with the training team to provide education and business support for the category's TOP segment.

  • Defining and optimizing internal processes within your subordinate unit.

  • Supporting Key Client relations during negotiations and the creation/verification of business materials.

  • Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at budget realization, process improvement, or enhancing work quality, while taking an active role in their design and implementation.

  • Coordinating, managing, and reporting to the Director regarding:

    • Price and assortment negotiations, and the team's selection acquisition.

    • The effective acquisition of brands and companies in line with the team’s heatmap.

    • Securing offers for special promotional campaigns.

    • Bi-weekly activities supporting other business areas (SPRINT).

    • Mid-year and yearly overviews (calibration, preparing and delivering team feedback, recruitment, onboarding/workstation preparation, and Scorecard/Goal Card management).

This is the right job for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in roles related to sales and/or assortment acquisition within the e-commerce or marketplace industry.

  • You have a proven track record in team management and leadership.

  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

  • You are an analytical thinker with the ability to derive actionable insights and conclusions from data.

  • You have a deep understanding of marketplace sales tools, online trading specifics, and various sales-support solutions.

  • You are highly organized and excel at strategic planning and self-management.

  • You are an experienced negotiator capable of handling complex business discussions.

  • You are fluent in English, enabling you to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
