Manager, Talent Management

The Talent Management Manager is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent management programs aligned with the People & Culture strategy. This role supports Allegro’s growth by enhancing key aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, performance management, and employee listening. A central focus of the role is developing a skills-driven, AI-first employee ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic talent management programs (Performance Management, Internal Mobility) aligned with the company’s evolving culture.

Lead a team of Senior Specialists and Experts.

Drive the shift toward a skills-based talent management model.

Leverage AI to build an AI-first workforce through personalized development, optimized learning paths, and data-driven talent decisions.

Partner with Senior Leaders, HRBPs, and functional teams on high-impact, strategy-aligned talent initiatives.

Collaborate with L&D to strengthen “Context, not Control” leadership and empower autonomous, high-quality decision-making.

Act as the organization’s expert on talent management methodologies, providing frameworks, guidance, and training.

Boost organizational agility via internal gigs and the Talent Marketplace.

Implement continuous performance practices (real-time feedback, regular check-ins) ensuring alignment and unlocking potential.

Champion a “develop over acquire” philosophy by focusing reviews on potential and future leadership trajectory.

Support a diverse, cross-generational talent pipeline, increasing representation of Gen Z and women in senior roles.

Lead tactical initiatives including underperformance and engagement frameworks.

Drive career transparency through skill portfolios and structured Job Families.

Define, monitor, and report key metrics such as Internal Mobility Rate, Leadership Maturity Index, and Internal Leadership Fill Rate.
What we are looking for:

Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic talent management and performance programs — mandatory.

3+ years of experience managing a team of 3–4 Senior Specialists/Experts — strong leadership and team-building skills.

Experience in large, fast-paced organizations, ideally in Technology, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods industry

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Deep knowledge of skills-based talent practices, internal mobility, and performance enablement.

Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business outcomes.

Experience with or strong understanding of AI in HR/Talent Management and driving technology adoption.

Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.

Excellent language skills — Polish and English at minimum C1 level (spoken and written).
