We're looking for a UX Design Manager to lead the design vision for Allegro Smart!, Poland's most popular loyalty program. Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of UX designers in the Allegro Smart! area, setting operational tasks and priorities based on business goals and a shared design vision.
- Unify the entire loyalty program, ensuring the different pillars, ensuring that the different pillars developed by your team members—from subscriptions to benefits and promotions—come together to form a seamless and coherent user experience.
- Strategize and oversee the full design process, from initial planning to monitoring and optimization, to ensure all design work aligns with user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to deliver an experience that delights users and exceeds expectations.
- Drive impact by ensuring design recommendations are clear, compelling, and effectively communicated to key stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve UX design processes and tools, contributing to the development of the larger Allegro UX community.
- Track and report on key UX metrics, using data to guide decisions and measure success.

This is the right job for you if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in UX Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of designers.
- You have a strong ability to see the bigger picture, connecting individual features and experiences into a single, cohesive user journey.
- You excel at setting priorities, managing a design roadmap, and helping team members grow. You are a natural coach who inspires others.
- You can effectively present research findings and user stories to all levels of the organization, from your team to executive leadership.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and can adjust your approach and your team's work to meet new challenges.
- You think broadly about the customer and merchant experience—considering the sum of all parts, including how products work, how they communicate, and their dependencies.
- You communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking.
