Main Responsibilities
- Interpret broader strategic goals for their domain and the Value Proposition Management function.
- Translate strategic goals into value proposition initiatives and mid-term roadmaps for their team.
- Align the team's portfolio with relevant Product Manager roadmaps, driving consistent dual ownership and championing standardization.
- Ensure their team's value proposition initiatives contribute effectively to strategic business outcomes through strong partnership with relevant Product Managers.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on enhancing their capability to excel in the dual ownership model.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple functional departments and Product Managers.
- Mediate conflicts between Value Proposition Management and Product Management stakeholders related to the team's work and priorities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration within the team and champion effective VPM-PM working models with interdependent departments.
- Ensure their team develops compelling and effective value propositions that represent joint business and product perspectives.
- Oversee the portfolio of value proposition projects, ensuring alignment with Product Managers' roadmaps and effective technical integration.
- Ensure their team defines and tracks key business and input metrics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Guide the team in conducting advanced research that effectively informs joint VPM-PM strategic planning.
- Act as an escalation point for complex challenges, guiding joint VPM-PM problem-solving and decision-making.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies within the team that enhance VPM-PM collaboration.

This is the right job for you if you:
- Have at least 5-7 years of experience in product management or strategic consulting (preferably in the e-commerce industry).
- Have a keen understanding of the business and highly developed analytical skills. They can independently manipulate large data sets, draw accurate business conclusions, and translate them into specific recommendations and actions. They can define appropriate metrics tailored to the challenge and business goal.
- Have experience independently building complex business cases that have become the basis for investment decisions at the strategic level of the organization or project.
- Can assume full ownership – combining strategic thinking with high operational efficiency and a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Can clearly and persuasively communicate complex analytical concepts to people at various levels of the organization.
- Can influence others through structured, data-driven communication (verbal and written).
- Are familiar with the value proposition design framework, translating product features into clear benefits and value for users, mapping user journeys, and designing solutions that actually solve their problems; understand the impact of product features on commercial outcomes and can effectively bridge the gap between technical product development and market needs.
- Have experience working with product and technical teams and have worked closely with analytical teams.
- Communicate fluently in English.
