Marketing Automation Expert

Your main responsibilities:
-Preparing the concept, implementing, and managing dozens of marketing automation scenarios (push, email, Tinkerbell, webflows, and other channels) to stimulate traffic and maximize GMV share from the CVM channels.
-Analyzing the behavior of our customers and building multi-stage communication paths for them.
-Creating campaigns that build engagement and loyalty (e.g. using discount coupons, App, Smart!).
-Communicating the introduction of new promotions and products (e.g. Smart! loyalty program, Allegro Pay deferred payments, Allegro Share referral program).
-Support of the Sales Events campaigns (Allegro Days, Smart Week, Black Week, etc).
-Cooperating with internal clients and stakeholders (including Smart!, commercial, financial, data science, etc.).
-Managing the campaign, controlling the budget, and being responsible for delivering the assumed KPIs.
-Analyzing and conducting A/B tests.
-Concluding the implemented campaigns, optimizing and serving the recommendations for the next campaigns.
-Effective customer base management, setting the right capping, consents, etc.
-Identifying the reasons for the drops and growths in the results.
-Working in the wider time horizon - anticipating and planning activities for even several years ahead.
This is the right job for you if you:
-Have at least 5 years of professional expertise in any MA tool, with also e-commerce experience.
-Have advanced knowledge of Marketing automation solutions and the ability to shape requirements for the development of MA tools (e.g., new channel development).
-Have experience in creating and managing marketing automation campaigns or creating customer communication scenarios (in tools like Exponea, Emarsys, GetResponse, Freshmail, Salesmanago, etc.).
-Have extensive experience working with large datasets and data-driven marketing environments.
-Have experience in design work and project management.
-Are creative and like to take the initiative.
-Propose solutions to problems.
-Can freely communicate and cooperate with other teams.
-Speak English very well (the team is international, so working in English will be an everyday occurrence).
-Can analyze numerical data and draw conclusions from them, you know MS Excel and Google Analytics well.
