Operation Administration Specialist

Your main responsibilities:
-You will create, implement, and optimize administrative processes for Allegro courier units
-You will be responsible for independently managing procurement processes, including supplier selection based on business needs and negotiating terms of cooperation
-You will coordinate the fixed asset inventory process across operational locations
-You will coordinate and support employee initiatives across all locations
-You will organize meetings and events at the designated location
-You will be responsible for inventory management within administrative processes
-You will support waste management processes and coordinate cooperation with cleaning services
-You will build and maintain business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
-You will process documents, such as purchase and cost invoices, contracts, and amendments, in cooperation with Allegro’s accounting and legal departments
-You will participate in the process of opening new locations
This is the right job for you if:
-Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position
-Are proficient in English at a level that allows for free communication, both spoken and written
-Have a good command of the Polish language
-Are proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
-Are independent and dynamic, ready to work in a rapidly changing environment. Shifting decisions motivate them to act even faster
-Think analytically and draw conclusions quickly
-Are resilient to stress and able to work under time pressure
-Have a strong sense of responsibility for their work and can prioritize their duties
-Adapt quickly to change, are multitaskers, and are not afraid of challenges
-Are collaborative and build professional relationships easily
-Hold a Category B driver’s license and are ready for frequent business travel
