Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of high-value partners (Top Sellers) from China. Manage and execute GMV and activation targets within the portfolio ensuring regular target delivery.

  • Analyzing partners' performance data to propose optimization strategies, up-sell tools (e.g., Advertisement, logistics), and increase their GMV.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for solving complex operational issues and ensuring seller satisfaction.

  • Implementing strategies to prevent churn and ensure high loyalty among key partners.

  • Actively source products to campaigns and run dedicated operational sprints (e.g., logistics saturation).

  • Share knowledge and support team goals, actively contributing to a positive team dynamic.

This is the right job for you if:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer success within e-commerce

  • Possesses strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and advice partners on growth

  • Is a relationship builder with a consultative approach to sales

  • Fluent in Chinese and English (C1+)

  • Has excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Able to adapt to changes and learning fast
