Job description

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • End-to-end management of the Software category (On-Premise, Cloud, SaaS), strategy building, and contract portfolio optimization.

  • Conducting complex negotiation processes, negotiating contracts with global IT suppliers and local partners in RFx and Sole Source modes.

  • Mitigating risks and controlling vendor dependencies, concentration control, licensing optimization, and execution of renewals, amendments, and contract terminations.

  • Managing needs across Allegro Group. Supporting Group companies, volume consolidation, and optimization of purchasing and cooperation terms.

  • Partnership with Internal Stakeholders, close collaboration with IT, Business, Finance, Legal, DPO, and Security to mitigate risks and fulfill business needs.

  • Market monitoring, technology development, and TCO optimization. Tracking IT/AI trends, rate benchmarking, and initiating optimization projects.

Requirements:

 

  • IT Software Procurement experience (min. 5 years) in conducting complex IT procurement projects in a dynamic, large-scale environment.

  • Knowledge of licensing models, practical familiarity with On-premise, Cloud, and SaaS models.

  • High negotiation maturity, confidence in conducting discussions at all organizational levels, assertiveness, and determination in achieving goals.

  • Flexibility and efficient operation in a highly dynamic environment, proactivity in developing solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as MS Excel / Google Sheets. Experience using AI tools is a plus.

  • Ability to build synergy, experience serving corporate groups — identifying common needs and consolidating purchase volumes.

  • Legal awareness, knowledge of IT contract structures (SLA, GDPR, audits, exit strategy) enabling effective cooperation with Legal, Security, and DPO.

  • English language skills (min. B2), fluency in conducting business and legal negotiations as well as preparing documentation.
