Product Analyst

We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Product Analyst, who will influence the shape of Delivery products on the Allegro platform. The perfect candidate should not only possess strong analytical skills but also demonstrate proactive attitude and effective communication. Leveraging data and product intuition, they should guide the direction of Logistics development and exhibit adeptness in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
What will your work consist of?
- You will cooperate with Product Managers, development teams, UX Designers and UX Researchers in the development of Logistics products on the Allegro platform
- You will support the design and conduct of A/B tests with your statistical knowledge, often providing input in the form of variants of changes
- You will draw conclusions from product analysis and have an impact on the designed and implemented data solutions through constant cooperation with development teams
- You will conduct analyzes for the Delivery Experience area from the buyer's side in the scope of: customer behavior on the purchasing path related to the choice of delivery method, prediction of delivery times, post-purchase experience
- … from the seller's side: working with delivery pricelists, using different delivery methods, using Ship with Allegro tool,
- ... as well as for other logistics services: Allegro's own delivery network - including our green parcel machines, implementation of the Allegro platform on new markets
- You will analyze large data sets in search of patterns and dependencies that affect key areas for the company
We are looking for people who
- have minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or a similar capacity
- have proficiency in using SQL and a foundational understanding of Python
- have strong statistical knowledge to conduct A/B tests
- have the ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses
- know how to choose statistical methods and data visualization techniques adequate to the problem (Tableau/Data Studio is welcome)
- have exceptional collaboration skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication with various stakeholders
- know how transform data into knowledge, draw conclusions and present recommendations
- have experience in processing and analyzing large data sets
- care about the reusability of the code
- know English and Polish at a minimum level of B2
