Product Manager
Warszawa, PL, 00-841
In this role, you will shape the strategy and evolution of Allegro Pay’s core technology platforms - the systems that enable our engineering teams to build reliable, scalable and secure financial products. As a Product Manager, you’ll define how our platform should grow, how it should perform and how we ensure continuity and operational excellence across all of its components.
Your responsibilities will include planning long-term platform strategy, working on platform offering and resilience and designing processes that help product engineering teams work efficiently at scale. You’ll prioritize what matters most and ensure that our pursuit of business goals goes along with long-term stability.
If you enjoy combining technical understanding with strategic thinking and good planning and prioritizing skills - and you’re excited about building a platform that powers high-impact fintech products - you’ll feel right at home here.
Important things for you:
-
Flexible working hours in an office first model (4/1) that depend on you and your team. Starting later or finishing earlier? No problem! Work hours keep pace with our lifestyles and can start between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Our team is based in Warsaw, but clients span all over Poland.
Your main responsibilities:

-
Collaborate with tech engineering to deliver robust and scalable solutions
-
Monitor KPIs such as platform reliability, adoption of new features, developer satisfaction and key product performance metrics.
-
Clearly communicate product direction, priorities and value to leadership and cross-functional teams.
We are looking for

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
-
Clear, structured communication skills.
-

What's in it for you:
-
Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
-
Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).
-
Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
-

-
A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or corresponding Dell with Windows (if you don't like Macs) and all the necessary accessories.
-
A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
-
English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.
-
A training budget, inter-team tourism (see more here), hackathons, and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.
-
An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.
