Job Description:

A key role for the execution of strategic e-commerce projects. As a Product Manager at eBilet, you will be responsible for delivering business value through effective product lifecycle management and coordinating cooperation between key departments. You will spearhead the vision and execution of our sales platforms, ensuring our solutions provide a fast, reliable, and engaging customer experience.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • eBilet systems: Leading end-to-end product development within our internal digital ecosystem, while driving strategic project management to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Cooperation: Close, daily collaboration with IT teams, UX designers, and key business stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of product goals.

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Defining the product vision for a 2-quarter horizon and creating a development roadmap with clearly defined outcomes.
  • End-to-End Product Delivery: Fully managing the product lifecycle - from discovery and development to post-launch iterative improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Synchronizing work across engineering, UX/UI, analysts, legal, and business leaders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Making product decisions based on data, customer insights, and the results of A/B tests.
  • Communication & Reporting: Creating concise documents (e.g., PRFAQs) and reporting on performance and risks to executive stakeholders.
  • Mentoring: Sharing knowledge and experience with the team and mentoring less experienced Product Managers.

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the technology field.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into technology and vice versa.
  • Experience in managing product backlogs and working with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, especially regarding trade-offs (ROI).
  • The ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2) and Polish (minimum C1).
