Product Manager
Warszawa, PL, 00-841 Poznań, PL, 61-569 Toruń, PL
The role can be located in Warsaw, Poznan or Torun.
Join Allegro as a Product Manager for our AI Toolbox! In this role, you will take ownership of a unified ecosystem that packages various AI-backed tools, skills and MCPs designed to augment and accelerate the daily work of our engineers and analysts.
As the Product Manager, you will define the metrics to prove the tangible value this AI toolbox delivers to our teams. You will shape the product vision, establish clear strategic boundaries, and confidently decide what falls out of scope. We are looking for someone who understands how AI boosts internal productivity and can set realistic, pragmatic goals and expectations for our internal platform.
Your main responsibilities:
-
Drive the product and ecosystem: Own medium-term goals, create the roadmap and take accountability for delivered outcomes.
-
Contribute to product strategy: Contribute to product strategy by identifying key customer or business problems aligned with market insights and tracking trends, including AI and automation.
-
Drive continuous discovery: Conduct deep, structured user research and discovery cycles (VUVF) specifically tailored to data engineers and analysts. You need to look past what they say they want, analyze their actual daily workflows, and uncover their real friction points.
-
Engineering collaboration: Collaborate with engineering to enable small, frequent, and independent releases, ensuring the delivery of production-quality solutions that achieve verifiable business outcomes.
-
Define value metrics: Propose, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that demonstrate how the AI toolbox enhances productivity and brings measurable value to engineers and analysts.
-
Stakeholder & scope management: Actively manage stakeholder expectations across the organization, setting realistic timelines and drawing firm product boundaries to keep development focused and lean.
This is the right job for you if:
-
You treat internal platforms as a product: You have a proven track record of applying classic product management frameworks (discovery, framing, user feedback loops, adoption tracking) to internal tools, developer platforms, or B2B products. You know how to manage a product lifecycle from concept to decommissioning.
-
You value pragmatism & best practices: You value pragmatism and software development best practices, knowing how to balance cutting-edge AI tech with realistic deployment.
-
You take accountability for outputs and outcomes of the product.
-
You are user-centric: You have a strong ability to see the product through the eyes of your users—in this case, fellow engineers and analysts. You are eager to proactively engage product users scattered across the organization.
-
You focus on outcomes, not feature output: You don't measure success by how many prompts, MCPs, or agents the team ships. You care about active usage, retention, and the measurable shift in user efficiency. You drive your roadmap using adoption data and user metrics.
-
You understand emerging tech: You have a strong grasp of new technologies, particularly around AI, automation, and developer as well as analytics tooling, allowing you to set and manage feasible expectations.
-
You meet the language requirements: You are a native or fluent Polish speaker (essential for seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders) and speak English at a minimum B2 level.
What we offer:
