  • Ecosystem Monetization: Scaling our portfolio by integrating new services and optimizing the subscription experience through innovative payment methods.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Acting as a central product hub for a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment on major commercial events and personalized communication strategies.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitoring business health metrics and leveraging user insights to iterate on the product in a highly competitive market.

This is the right job for you if you:

  • Are proficient in Agile methodologies and managing a complex product backlog.
  • Can translate business requirements into technology and vice-versa.
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Have the ability to see products through the eyes of the customer and understand their needs.
  • Are comfortable navigating stakeholder complexity and managing communication across different teams (Logistics, FinTech, Commercial).
  • Know English at a minimum B2 level and Polish at a minimum C1 level.

What's in it for you:

  • Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) – working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
  • Well-located offices with fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, and terraces, plus ergonomic work tools like raised desks.
  • MacBook Pro (16" or 14") or a corresponding Dell with Windows and all necessary accessories.
  • Fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan (medical, sports, insurance, purchase vouchers).
  • Paid English classes related to the specific nature of your job.
  • Training budget, hackathons, and an internal learning platform.
  • Additional day off for volunteering.
