As a Product Manager in one of our most impactful business domains, you will take ownership of a product that is a primary driver of customer loyalty and ecosystem growth. Given the massive scale of our operations, this role is business-critical for maintaining our competitive edge. You will manage the complex lifecycle of our users and leverage our core subscription services to deliver high-impact strategic initiatives. This is a key position focused on optimizing the value proposition and capturing growth opportunities within our most engaged customer segments.
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Lifecycle Management & Growth: Owning the end-to-end customer journey to maximize acquisition, conversion, and long-term retention.
- Product Strategy Execution: Driving the delivery of key roadmap items and enhancing our value proposition across different markets.
- Ecosystem Monetization: Scaling our portfolio by integrating new services and optimizing the subscription experience through innovative payment methods.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Acting as a central product hub for a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment on major commercial events and personalized communication strategies.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitoring business health metrics and leveraging user insights to iterate on the product in a highly competitive market.
This is the right job for you if you:
- Have experience as a Product Manager or a similar role in a high-scale technology environment.
- Are proficient in Agile methodologies and managing a complex product backlog.
- Can translate business requirements into technology and vice-versa.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Have the ability to see products through the eyes of the customer and understand their needs.
- Are comfortable navigating stakeholder complexity and managing communication across different teams (Logistics, FinTech, Commercial).
- Know English at a minimum B2 level and Polish at a minimum C1 level.
