Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on consumer experience to shape solutions along the critical shopping path—specifically the Product Page, one of the most visited views on our platform. In this role, you will collaborate with key cross-functional areas (delivery, advertising, navigation) and lead initiatives driving value for buyers in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and upcoming international markets. You will partner with first-class experts, leverage continuous A/B testing, usability studies, and data-driven insights to directly influence one of Europe’s leading e-commerce platforms.
We are looking for people with:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or a similar product leadership role (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder management).
- Track record of designing and implementing product improvements driven by A/B testing, user research, and data analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong strategic decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and managing/prioritizing product backlogs.
- Strong user empathy with the ability to view the product through the customer's eyes and translate needs into value.
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile the needs of Business Owners and Buyers, translating them into impactful Product Page designs and features.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in close partnership with engineering teams to align deliverables with strategic company goals.
- Develop tech and product vision, roadmaps, and execution timelines while managing feature delivery from concept to launch.
- Coordinate key initiatives in the Product Page domain across all stages: customer needs analysis, Customer Value Proposition (CVP) definition, business requirements, business cases, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch optimization.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams and leadership to align objectives and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
- Deliver new capabilities by collaborating directly with Business, Legal, Engineering, Data Analytics, UX Design, Research, and other Product Managers.
- Monitor product KPIs and continuously design and execute A/B tests to validate product development hypotheses.
- Proactively run continuous product discovery to discover opportunities that elevate the shopping experience and boost product metrics.
What's in it for you:
- Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
