- Experience in developing product roadmaps and timelines, and managing the delivery of features and enhancements.
- A knack for identifying project risks, communicating them at the appropriate stage, and mitigating them properly.
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing the product backlog in collaboration with a team of engineers to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals. On a daily basis, working on product implementation with the engineering team.

- A proactive attitude in contributing to company-wide initiatives (i.e., AI transformation, App First) and actively seeking new opportunities to raise the bar.
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Expertly collaborating with others, understanding when to lead, collaborate, or follow to achieve common objectives.
- Collaborating across product areas to solve important problems and clearly articulating key messages to various audiences.
- Establishing a continuous improvement mindset and culture.
- Independently managing stakeholders, involving them strategically to define the product vision and build long-lasting relationships based on mutual respect, trust, and benefit.
- Engaging engineering team members with a compelling product roadmap and providing all necessary information to understand impact, importance, and future direction, while ensuring their productivity.
- Convincing your environment to support and follow your proposals using valid, organization-goal-oriented arguments.
- Acting as a true thought partner and peer for corresponding Engineering Managers and UX Design counterparts (e.g., for collaborative prioritization, improving team processes).
