Project Manager (Merchant Advertising Community)

Your main responsibilities:
- Create and launch the new merchant community program, including a clear mission, goals, and success metrics

Identify and recruit a diverse group of key merchants to form community

Manage the community ongoing roadmap incl. gathering needs from various internal stakeholders, prioritizing, communicating both internally and within the community members

Coordinate and moderate regular communication, including meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions, both online and offline
-
Collect, analyze, and synthesize merchant feedback and insights to inform product and business strategy
-
Educate internal teams on merchant pain points, needs, and market trends
-
Develop and implement strategies to ensure high engagement and participation within the community

Plan and execute strategic events and initiatives for community members
-
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the community program's success

Manage the community budget and resources effectively

Continuously iterate and improve the community program based on feedback and business needs

- Have experience in creating and managing community programs

Have well-developed communication skills and experience in cooperating with internal partners and external stakeholders

Have proven experience in leading end-to-end projects (from creating concept to project implementation)

Are proactive, suggest new solutions, and are comfortable with implementing improvements

Have an experience in project management

Have knowledge of how to measure customer satisfaction effectively

Have proven experience in event planning and management

Are experienced in developing communication content and email newsletters

Are experienced in collaborating with technology teams

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, under time pressure, managing multiple stakeholders at once

Have at least upper-intermediate (B2) level of English

Are open to work in the office first model (4/1).
