Job description

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring team alignment, clear scope definition, and steady progress from kickoff to go-live

  • Acting as the central communication point for stakeholders, involving the right people at the right time and keeping everyone informed throughout the project

  • Designing, implementing, and improving workflows that reflect real constraints such as timelines, resources, and risk, while staying flexible and efficient

  • Managing all project documentation with a focus on clarity, ensuring scope, timelines, and priorities are well tracked and accessible across distributed teams

  • Proactively identifying risks and potential blockers early, and developing mitigation strategies before they become issues

  • Tracking project progress and dependencies using tools like ClickUp, and delivering status updates that are relevant, clear, and actionable

  • Leading retrospectives and post-mortems to gather insights and help teams continuously improve how they deliver future work

  • English B2+ (strong) or C1 proficiency
